1. There is a 17% buyers fee on all vehicles. With a $20 processing fee per vehicle. For example if you won the bid at $500, plus $75 for the buyers fee, plus $10 processing fee- your total comes to: $585 (the buyers fee changes depending on your winning bid amount).
2. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 on all winning bids up to $1000, $200 on all winning bids over $1000 will be charged IMMEDIATELY at the time of the winning bid. This deposit goes toward the purchase price of the vehicle.
3. Every vehicle is "As-Is, Where-Is" there are no warranty's. Once you place the bid- the vehicle is yours.
4. Whoever signs in with their Username and password is who the vehicle's paperwork will be under, and the payment will be charged.
5. We are required to scrape all current DEQ tags. If you had current tags, you can go to DMV- pay a minimal fee and get new tags. This way you do not need to go through DEQ.
6. All vehicles must be paid for BEFORE 4:30 p.m. and picked up BEFORE 5:00 p.m. on auction day for onsite bidders, BEFORE 4:30 p.m. and picked up BEFORE 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday for online bidders, or they will be assessed a fee of $50 per day.Any vehicle left on auction property after noon on Friday will be considered abandoned and assessed towing fees for impounding them back into the auction property.
7. You are bidding on the vehicle shown on your bid page- ****NOTE: We Do NOT guarantee the accuracy of the picture you are shown or information provided. If it is a different vehicle then the picture you are seeing we will notify you in the notes area what the true vehicle is- you are not required to bid on it at that time if you do not agree to these terms.*****
8. Your auction list will be divided into sections, there will be "Non-Runners" these vehicles DO NOT RUN. "Runs with Problems" these vehicles run, but with problems- we TRY to put what we know on the windshield of the vehicle, this is for a GUIDE only, there may be MORE problems with the car we did not list. Then at the end of your list will be "Runs and Drives" these vehicles have been driven up and down our lot only. Once you place your bid onthe vehicle- it is yours, there are no warranties on these vehicles. You agree and understand you are liable for all bids placed by your username and password- regardless of wether you have inspected the vehicle before purchase or not- there are no returns, and no refunds given.
9. Your card will be charged as soon as the bid has been placed and/or the auction is completed. You may pick up the car and keys as soon as the auction is over. Payments must be valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. The card information must be correct and align with your billing information to bid on our auction. There are no extra fees for using your credit/debit card.

1. Payment Responsibility: As the winning bidder on a vehicle, you agree to pay for the vehicle that you have successfully bid on.
2. Credit Card Requirement: If you are deemed the winning bidder, you must have a valid credit card on file. The credit card must be in the name of the registered bidder. A deposit will be charged based on the winning bid amount:
- Vehicles priced from $1 to $999: $100 deposit
- Vehicles priced from $1000 to $2999: $300 deposit
- Vehicles priced over $3000: $500 deposit
3. Full Payment Responsibility: You, as the buyer, are responsible for the deposit. If you win the bid on a vehicle, you are obligated to pay the full purchase price of the vehicle, along with a buyers fee of 17% and a $20 per vehicle processing fee.
4. Age Requirement: By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
5. Vehicle Pickup Deadline: All vehicles must be picked up by 5PM on the auction date. Failure to do so may result in a $50 late fee imposed by the auction.
